When you buy a new, demo or used vehicle from us, you will be provided with a free extended warranty.

New & Demo Vehicles

When you purchase a new car from Zupps, you will not only receive your standard manufacturer's warranty, you will also receive a free 3 year Mechanical Protection Plan (extended warranty).

You will also have the option to upgrade from the Standard Protection Plan to the Premium Protection Plan. See below for details:

Used Vehicles

(For eligible vehicles under 10 years old and with less than 160,000 kms)

When you purchase a used car from Zupps, you will automatically receive our free 5 year Standard Mechanical Protection Plan. This plan comes into effect after any statutory or manufacuturer's warranty that may still be valid on the vehicle.

Terms and Conditions for New, Demo and Used Mechanical Protection Plans

• To keep the Mechanical Protection Plan valid you MUST have your car serviced at one of our service centres.
• If your vehicle is still under manufacturer’s cover, you will enjoy the benefits of the extended plan if the car is serviced by us, in accordance with the specifications set out in the owner’s manual at prevailing rates, until that warranty expires. After that, you will enjoy our six monthly/10,000klms (whichever occurs first) fixed price service plan.
• If you chose to have these services done elsewhere you may not necessarily void your manufactures warranty however, we will not be able to offer you our extended coverage.
• Any claims/repairs must be taken back to our dealership unless you are outside a 50klm radius from the dealership, then you should contact 1300 728 687 to get an authorisation. A claim will not be paid without an authorisation number. The plan covers wear and tear of all covered components.
• Services done elsewhere will not be approved or recognised.
• The cover provided by the plan begins on the expiry of your Manufacturers Warranty or Statutory Warranty but the Terms & Conditions start from day one.
• This contract is not transferable.
